Very nice place to stay.

Fantastic breakfast overlooking the garden and courtyard. Plenty of everything. Nothing should and anything goes. Room spacious, good mattresses and a nice bathroom. Large swimming pool to cool off. Fine host and hostess who can also cook well on request and do a drink together to make it cozy. Fantastic garden and vegetable garden where everything is grown organically. A stay in the better segment. We will definitely be back again.

A fantastic experience and a wonderful stay

What a beautiful location, property and overall general experience. Our hosts James and Lu were welcoming, friendly, kind and fabulous cooks. The place is spotlessly clean, well situated and easily accessible. Their back story is impressive and their passion for running a fabulous operation is clear. Can't fault this place and wouldn't even want to. A magical experience.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay..James and Lucia were great hosts from the start to the end of the trip.
James took us on a beautiful hike through the Pyrenees, on our return we had a lovely dinner that Lucia made for all of us.
Lovely comfortable bedrooms, had a great night sleep for the whole weekend.
Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

We had a fantastic stay in this stunning part of the world! James and Lu were the perfect hosts who made us feel so welcome. Their home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. James and Lu also recommended great hikes, blissful spas and yummy restaurants. We will be back!

Highly recommended

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at Maison de Haouret with our two kids and their French grandparents. James and Lucy are wonderful hosts (very welcoming, great company and fantastic cooks), the house is beautiful and comfortable with a guest kitchen, new pool and large garden, and there are plenty of things to see and do in the area. The loft space, with two double bedrooms and a lounge space in the middle, is perfect for families. Our kids have already asked to come back. Thank you so much James and Lucy!
