Excellent hotel, highly recommended

Great location, cleanliness and attention. We dined at the hotel restaurant and were super comfortable. We will definitely repeat as soon as we can.

Friendly and central hotel in beautiful village.

Very friendly staff, plenty of breakfast, clean and functional rooms. Location is excellent, Laruns is of course a gem.

Weekend in the Pyrenees

Super restaurant ....a hell of a bud....a killing, the staff of exceptional kindness and professionalism...
The room is very decent the small downside remains the TV reception....as for the super hearty breakfast

Shame

Hotel to escape. I paid a room at a largely excessive price for non-existent comfort. My room directly overlooked large refrigerator air conditioners that make a permanent din, impossible to rest.
When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist had to call her boss: her only answer was that “the noises will stop at 10:30 pm”. In other words, the guest has to wait for the right to rest, when another room was indeed available.
This way of treating clients is unacceptable. If you are looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay, go your way: there is much better elsewhere.

To flee

We arrived for lunch and asked to go inside as the weather was rainy and stormy. A lady in her fifties told us very unpleasantly that we could not go inside and that it was only outside. Let me make it clear that there was no one in it! Then we'll settle down before she comes to us haughtily asking "Well you're finally staying!" While we never stipulated that we would leave. I replied that yes unless it bothered her and she replied: "Well already, you are not even waiting for you to be installed" this lady was unpleasant at the possibility. High-minded, unprofessional. So we decide to leave and here she comes: "well so much the better!!!" I've never seen that. To escape if you like engaging and friendly people because this is definitely not where you will find them.
