Lake Alps paradise.
We traveled from Nice to Ilonse for hiking. Beautiful small mountain village above the Tinee Valley. La Gruppio is a great restaurant with very good food. Marc Bernard welcomed us very warmly. One sits with a great view of the surrounding mountains and the valley.

The hotel Resturant advertise for fine dinning with fancy picture on site. While menu of the day was actually disgusting. worse then fast food. No choice. all canned ingredients, zero flavor. Cheap wine at high very price. Client are stuck as it’s the only place in town. Definitely a place to avoid.

Superb! A gem!!!
Very good welcome and great service! Spacious and very clean room. Incredible meal! Refined and plentiful! Low price for such quality! Very generous breakfast as well!

Indecent.
€177 for a bottle of wine, two menus sold with a pretentious speech about a cuisine "inspired by the great chefs of Top Chef," but on the plate, the level is far from the stated ambitions. There is a huge gap between what is advertised on the menu, the price charged, and the reality of the dishes served. The flavor combinations were sometimes incomprehensible, some preparations frankly poor, and seeing dishes reheated in the microwave at this price point is simply unacceptable. Additionally, there are details that are very uncomfortable: dirty glasses, a dirty kitchen apron, an empty room... We really felt like we had been trapped like mere tourists. The hardest part remains the feeling of having spent a huge amount for a mediocre experience, without any commercial gesture or reconsideration. As we left, we were mostly afraid of getting sick. In hindsight, reading the one-star reviews, we realized that they unfortunately reflect the reality we experienced. The numerous five-star reviews seem very difficult to understand in light of the experience offered. To be avoided. A real flop!

Quel acharnement je prends note de votre retour, bien que la méthode employée me laisse perplexe. Reserver pour 20h00 puis ensuite rappeler pour 19h00 puis Annuler la réservation par SMS pour finalement se présenter incognito à une autre heure sous-entend une démarche qui cherche davantage le conflit que l'expérience culinaire.cela en dit long sur ces individus

Sachez que notre cuisine est entièrement transparente et que le respect des normes d'hygiène est notre priorité absolue. Nous regrettons que nos inspirations et nos techniques de précision n'aient pas correspondu à vos attentes personnelles ce soir-là, alors qu'elles à fait la joie de très nombreux clients ce soir là.et 177 euros et le prix des 2 menus et de la bouteille de vin et n ont pas le prix de la bouteille de vin comme vous l avez stipuler dans votre commentaire mensongé
