Horrible

We had bed bugs in both beds and on the sides of the bed.
The hotel manager indicated to us that she had to check our room while the cleaning person was already in the hallway for cleaning.
I hope for the next guests that the necessary action has been taken because there was little empathy from management.

SMELLY DUMP

We arrived here expecting a clean budget room, but we were given a tiny room with a strong smell of urine. I asked for a different room and with no apology, she shoved me another key over the desk. The next room had stained bedding. My advice is to stay away, unless you want a smelly room with old bad furniture. They refused to refund.

Not recommended

I booked a room on July 15th for August 17th, 2026, no confirmation of the reservation.
I called the hotel, the answer was we have a problem with the booking software.
They said they would call me back, I am still waiting for their call today.
I called them back 4 times during the day in vain.
I was forced to drive 2 extra hours and take the highway to get home and cut my stay short.
I had planned a stopover in Honfleur, too bad.

The price was cheap, which was the main advantage. However, I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably.
There was no hair dryer or electric kettle provided, and even the cup for brushing teeth was a used disposable paper cup instead of a proper clean cup.
The soundproofing was very poor, and I could constantly hear noise from outside and neighbouring rooms. On top of that, the room was unbearably hot, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
Overall, although the price was affordable, the facilities and comfort were well below my expectations.

Mixed review regarding the Première Classe Hotel in Honfleur.

Customer review regarding this Première Classe in Honfleur; This concerns a two-night stay at this hotel where it is the first time I leave a negative rating regarding a Première Classe hotel. It is not dramatic, especially since the welcome was friendly and the staff did everything to resolve the issue related to a registration error, which meant that despite my payment through the website, they could not find me after I tried to get my access card at the check-in kiosk. Fortunately, I had printed my reservation; for the rest, it is unfortunate that the gate remains open all night and that I found myself in front of my closed room door after the second night due to a problem related to my demagnetized key card. Had to call the emergency number. In short, a well-located hotel with parking that has space, that's a positive!
