Lovely hotel, comfy bed. I had a nice rest. The hotel is located in the city center and very close to the perfume houses and main attraction of Grasse. I had a good time in this hotel.

Embarrassing.
Depressing room, with greasy doors, walls that should have been entirely white but are stained, and black marks from previously hung pictures. There were remnants/hooks of something that had been previously placed and then removed. A broken chair in the room. Non-blackout curtains. Recently renovated bathroom, the only pleasant aspect of our accommodation. Outside the room, we found an abandoned trash bag full of garbage. The reception area is cramped, with dirty windows, two stray dogs, everything but a welcoming place. Fortunately, we only had to sleep there for one night. Outrageous price for the type of accommodation offered.

It's the first time we've walked into a hotel room and felt like running away after a few minutes... We had room 307 and it's a real disaster and in no way resembles the photos of the rooms on Booking and even less the ones on their website that fools guests when booking. For example, nowhere is it written on the internet that it is a 2-star hotel. There are 3 stars on the room map, but on the front 2... Strange...
The reality is that the smell of cold tobacco at the opening of the bedroom door makes you want to vomit (when we are former smokers), the floors are dirty, the bed bases are disgusting to remain polite, the bathroom has been redone but it reeks of urine (and no shower wall, we put water everywhere), the renovation should take place in the full bedroom because there, you just want to run away.
We paid for a triple room with a balcony, I let you see the view, instead.
There is an electrical element in the bathroom, behind the door, unprotected, extremely dangerous so. I just read that 8 months ago, a person made the same return as us, probably for a dry towel, but 8 months later, it is still not installed.
The problem of joining the hallway and the room that was mentioned as sharp is still there.
Still no wall or shower curtain....
The toilet seat is still not fixed.
The air conditioning is not super efficient either...
My son didn't even have a sheet on his bed, just a blanket, I had to claim, we were brought a duvet (with a yellow spot on it). The mattresses are good enough, but not the pillows! And no greasy morning because of the old (dirty) curtains, not at all blackout... Nothing is soundproof, you hear everything!
Breakfast takes place in a very small room with safety standards not met (ceiling installation) and uncontrolled expiry dates on cheeses.
We did not dare to ask to change rooms, the hotel would certainly have to be full for the Expo Rose event and we only wanted to leave it.
Really, please make this hotel right in the center of Grasse + welcoming by pity and less dangerous ...
Eight months ago, the hotel manager said he would take immediate corrective action... Obviously, nothing has moved... Do you have to make a report for something to change?

Nous tenons tout d’abord à vous présenter nos plus sincères excuses pour l’expérience que vous avez vécue au Panorama. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas du tout correspondu à ce que vous attendiez, et nous prenons très au sérieux chacun des points que vous avez soulevés.
Nous tenons à être transparents avec vous : il y a eu une erreur de réservation. Vous aviez réservé une chambre triple avec balcon, qui offre une très belle vue panoramique sur Grasse, Mouans-Sartoux et jusqu’à Cannes. Malheureusement, vous avez été installé en chambre classique (vue uniquement sur le jardin). Voilà pourquoi les photos que vous avez vues ne correspondent pas à la chambre que vous aviez reçue. Cette confusion est entièrement de notre responsabilité et nous vous prions de nous en excuser.
Nous regrettons profondément que vous n’ayez pas signalé ces problèmes à la réception pendant votre séjour. Dès les premiers instants, si vous nous aviez alertés, notre équipe aurait immédiatement pu vous changer de chambre, vous surclasser ou trouver une solution adaptée sur place. Sans retour de votre part à ce moment-là, nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’opportunité de corriger la situation en direct.
En raison de cette erreur de réservation, nous procédons dès aujourd’hui au remboursement de la différence de prix entre la chambre classique et la chambre balcon que vous aviez réservée.
Par ailleurs, et en geste commercial fort, nous souhaitons vous réinviter gratuitement une nuit avec petit-déjeuner pour trois personnes dans notre Suite Junior avec Balcon. Cela vous permettra de découvrir les améliorations et les évolutions que nous avons engagées à l’hôtel (rénovations progressives des chambres, renforcement de l’entretien, mise aux normes de sécurité, etc.) et de profiter enfin de l’expérience Panorama telle que nous souhaitons la proposer à tous nos clients.
Nous sommes attachés à offrir un accueil chaleureux, des chambres confortables et un service attentif dans un hôtel en plein cœur de Grasse. Votre retour, même difficile, nous aide à progresser et à mieux satisfaire tous nos clients.

Goodbye!
Hotel in its juice ... defraichi which says it is completely renovated... which is not the case. the photos do not fit the reality... The cleanliness is to be reviewed, the bedding is stained, the terrace was full of uncleaned drink stains, the bathroom floor and shower not clean also ... tiles not cleaned for apparently very long and broken window frames... holes in the walls of the cupboards, wood from the broken shelves, indigent breakfast... because the other guests already passed by at 9am... room of questionable cleanliness, tables not cleaned between each guest and no service... to each to put everything in a sink... place and hotel very noisy!

Very good hotel
I was very surprised by this place, the reception is very friendly and professional the room 505 was very clean and newly renovated.
The location is perfect for Grasse and the value for money unbeatable.
We booked through the homepage of the hotel and I can only recommend it.
