Lovely boutique hotel near the beach. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Nice touches such as the sweets for the children and the complimentary drinks for not using the turn down service. A great find thoroughly recommend

The staff were very helpful and the ambience of the hotel was excellent. The reception and lounge areas were attractive and welcoming. Unfortunately our bedroom was extremely hot, despite lower temperatures outside, making it difficult to sleep. Air conditioning or a fan would have helped.

This is a great place to stay. I stay here when available on my trips to France.I think my room had been recently updated. There was no bin in the room for rubbish, it was probably not put back when emptied from previous guests not a big issue as I took my rubbish out to the local bins also whatever or whoever was above us was really noisy a lot of banging late at night. All being said I will continue to use the hotel as I haven't had any issues on my previous stays the hotel is very good...

Hotel very well located, right in front of the beach. Spacious room, good bedding, bathtub in our room (though not all have one), buffet breakfast, very friendly staff!

Hotel de la Plage misleading room view description.

We had booked a comfort room with garden view, for 3 nights. We were given room 311, which was at the top of the building, tiny room, facing the noisy street. The outside temperature was 35C, the temperature in the room was 35C possibly more, no fans were available. I raised a complaint with one member of staff, only to be told nothing could be done, there were no other rooms available, was advised to take it up with management the next day, which meant we had no other choice than to sleep in that stuffy, airless room. We are both in our 70’s. I suggested this room should not be advertised as a garden room. I was not offered a discount, and realised our 3 nights had already been charged to my credit card upon our arrival. There is no way this establishment should be classified as a 3 star hotel.
