Top-notch restaurant.

My opinion is divided; there is the hotel stay and the restaurant. In the middle of a heatwave, the night is very difficult; there is no AC, but above all, it is impossible to sleep with the windows open because the road is very busy and makes a lot of noise.
And the restaurant, well, I recommend it 100%; it is refined, not too much, just right; the snails and the pollock were a delight, served by a very attentive team.
I recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, a must in Cluny.

We took the menu at the restaurant, a very good choice! Everything was succulent, very well worked and presented, the cheeses and desserts were delicious, there is a very nice Burgundy wine list ( see the cellar for fantastic end!! ) Perfect service, super friendly and good advice for the wines of the region. Charming scenery by the river, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Congratulations to this team!!

Worth a visit - good food, comfortable room

A very pleasant overnight stay on our travels through France and an excellent dinner.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the food was tasty and good value for money. Also a good selection of local wines to choose from.
We hope to return.

Great location of hotel near famous Cluny abbey

Cluny is nice town with a gorgeous abbey and a very nice hotel called hostellerie d'Heloïse.
The rooms are adequate, not too big, but 1 night more than sufficient; Dinner and breakfast was very good indeed. Room plus breakfast was about 124 euros.
We chose the menu and this was truly a nice surprise: served with certain panache by the owner and nice knowledgeable waiter.
