Impeccable

A quiet, human-sized campsite. Very well-equipped and clean mobile home.
The manager and the staff are great, very pleasant and always smiling. They take the time to provide you with information. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay

We had a very good stay in a mobile home, a very quiet campsite. The mobile home was very well equipped and well located. There is a shopping area 10 minutes away by car.

Wonderful

We spent a week in a tent at the Camping de la Croze looking for a family-friendly and quiet campsite, and the least we can say is that we were not disappointed. The pitches were shaded, the restrooms perfectly clean, the pool very pleasant, and the team is always smiling and available to provide excursion advice. The snack bar allows you to have a drink and/or a meal at sunset in front of the pool. Ideally located for exploring the region (Riom and Clermont 10 minutes away, Puy de Dôme 20 minutes, Mont Dore and Sancy 45 minutes). Supermarkets are also 5 minutes away. In terms of activities, ping-pong / pétanque / pool with lounge chairs / soccer field are available as well as board games.
A few activities are also offered (pony rides, orienteering).
The kids loved it and so did we.
If you are looking for a family campsite far from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps, you can drop your backpacks and hiking boots at the Camping de la Croze with your eyes closed.

Great stay!

Delighted with the stay. Welcome and staff are top-notch. Family-friendly and pleasant campsite. Quality services. Varied library and games available. Pool with a view of the hill and the ponies. Well-appointed and very clean accommodation. Thanks to the whole team.

Pleasant Site unfortunate noise.

Nice pleasant site in good location and helpful warden.Stayed one night on our return from South of France.Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by noisy workmen staying in static caravans, late at night and very early morning. Shouting and slamming van doors. Would not return.
