Excellent hotel

Hotel located about 1 km from Chaource of recent design with ample parking at the front. Welcoming all the people we met. Current room, air conditioned (which does not spoil anything in hot period) excellent bedding, large bay window overlooking the fields and Chaource, beautiful bathroom and no noise nuisance observed.
Having opted for a half board, the meal, although long to serve, corresponded to our expectation. Too bad we were offered an aperitif, which would have allowed us to wait.
Excellent breakfast with products and enjoyed that butters, sugar, jams are presented in lump or jars.

Our 2nd stay here, and it won’t be the last.

Stopped here again for the last night on our recent trip. The hospitality was so good the first time we had to stay again and it didn’t disappoint. Frederick and his team are very welcoming (not sure if we c=should be concerned that Frederick remembered us from our stay 2 months earlier ). The hotel is very easy to find and has ample free car parking available. The rooms are very, very comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. The restaurant serves excellent food and is excellent value for money. We will be back again in the future.

Excellent discovery

Comfortable hotel. Very good bedding, impeccable room, clean bathroom. Evening dining rather classic without more. Very nice breakfast buffet , pastries, pastries, and a wide choice of cold cuts available. I'll go back with my eyes closed

Fabulous place to stay

This was the last night of our trip and probably the best. The hotel is easy to find on the outskirts of town. There is ample free parking available and there is also a secure garage for bicycles and motorbikes. The owners are lovely and Kristel and Frederick (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) speak very good English. The rooms are very spacious, clean, very comfortable and very quiet (and working air conditioning). The food in the restaurant is excellent and very well reasonably priced. Thank you Frederick we will be back in the future.

What happiness!

What a relief to arrive home after being victims of an accident on the highway! An adorable welcome, very warm and very understanding. Immediately you feel comfortable and even comforted. Our room is spacious and very comfortable. Thanks to a small technical problem in the toilet, we had to change rooms and it was even better because the rooms overlooking the beautiful countryside and the splendid church of Chaource (to visit!) are even more pleasant. The private balcony present in each room is a plus. As for the various meals (buffet breakfast and dinner) it is a very tasty moment when you feel pampered and satisfied. The staff is really friendly and we also enjoyed the little "pipelet" side. In short, happiness!! I advise 100% and even more...
