Merci pour votre commentaire, je m'excuse par avance pour le retard effectif survenu sur votre remboursement.
Je suis le premier désolé de ne pas avoir pu vous accueillir au sein de notre village igloo de Chamrousse, l'année 2020 fût une année difficile en termes d'enneigement et de météo, ce qui nous a conduit à reporter régulièrement notre date d'ouverture du site de Chamrousse.
Votre délai de remboursement a été long, en effet une seule personne à la main sur le process de remboursement, et cette personne était sur le chantier à Chamrousse tachant de construire les igloos. Depuis, l'intégralité de la somme engagée vous a été reversée.
J'espère que vous avez toujours envie de vivre cette expérience hors du commun et que nous pourrons vous comptez parmi nos clients l'année prochaine !

Excellent
Une équipe au top, souriante, accueillante avec un excellent repas.
La nuit dans l'igloo a été atypique mais très agréable (aucun bruit, protégé du froid).
Un petit déjeuner varié et avec un lever de soleil splendide.
