Would deserve a third star

Very well maintained hotel on a human scale. The area is not very welcoming but there is a tram station a stone's throw from the hotel which takes you to the city center in 15/20 minutes (until 1 a.m.)
The room we occupied (queen) was very clean, the bedding comfortable, well isolated from outside noise. There was even a kettle, tea and coffee available, which is rare for a two-star hotel, we did not have this service the next day, in a three-star hotel.
Perfect secure parking.

Nice and Helpful staff

This is a small hotel located 30 minutes away from the city center, It's easily accessible by car and has a private parking (that was included in my rate).
The staff was very helpful giving instructions to go from the hotel to the main attractions of the city.
There is a tramway that goes to the city center in 30 minutes around the corner in front of a supermarket.

Expensive breakfast

We stayed one night in this hotel.
The room was clean, not large and with a bathroom with a small shower.
The hotel has free private parking.
For what it offers the price / quality hotel was not good.
Above all the breakfast was expensive for what it offered (no eggs) and we decided not to have it.

Terrible place

For 75/night (a ** hotel) you would at least expect making the beds or sweeping the floor every other day. We stayed 8 days and not once they bothered to clean the room. Brekfast costs 8.50 which is outrageous given that there's an ALDI supermarket at a thrown stone's distance with excellent pains de chocolot, croissants and baguettes. No matter when you arrive the hotel is closed and they claim they sent you the door code by SMS. Even the parking lot is closed and there's no way to get in if you arrive at noon or midnight! Meaning "we don't care about you". It is best to spend the same price at another hotel instead of living at this horrible place where you have to beg for new towels or sweeping the floor from cockroaches and other bugs. Doors are ancient and won't lock properly. To call a taxi they will charge you 1 euro and they even dare to display this in the price list close to the reception.
