Did the job
Rooms had all u needed to be self efficient - two hob and a decent size fridge (dish washer which I found to be strange!)
Would recommend that you take your own bedding or pay the 20 euro to hire a couple of sheets!
No free wifi in rooms 16 euro and this can only be added to one device. Bit annoying.. Free wifi if u want to sit at reception.
Pool is on the small side - didn't use it .
Saw lots of people comment on small car park - never had a problem with parking .
My only gripe would be the clean out charge which i saw via trip advisor to be 60 euro - do it your self !! Save the fee.
Room size was ok for two people but I think a small family would struggle for space given u sleep in what's your living room / kitchen.
Anyway summary - no real negatives but equally can't complain about much.
Would recommend to others.

Excellent Staff... Poor Accommodations!
To be fair and complete, I'll begin with the positives:
If it weren't for the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, I would be rating this a 2 (poor). However, the staff was excellent, causing me to rethink my overall grade. Everyone of the employees we encountered (including the manager) was really very helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. They were quick to solve any real issues we had (to the best of their abilities) and after all... it's not as if they were responsible for the building of the apartments or the ridiculousness of the system put into place by the corporation owning the complex.
The residence is really only a 5-10 minute walk from the gondola. There is a free city bus that will pick you up at the bottom of the driveway and drop you off right at the gondola. However, with our two young children, I found it was easier to drive the family down with all of our stuff and drop them right at the gondola. I would then return the car and walk down (or take the bus if my timing was right). If the kids were a little older, we would take the bus or walk.
There's a great park only 3 minutes away.. Great for young and older kids. We had the dog with us and it was a perfect place for her (Lulu) to run. There's also a nice little path that takes you right into town!
The apartment was reasonably clean when we arrived... really nothing to say there.
Now on to the negatives:
The apartment isn't ideal nor safe for small children... The staircase being the main issue. My 3 year old fell down the lower part of the staircase and luckily didn't hurt himself!!! We were absolutely terrified at first and were especially careful after that. The problem is that it's a very steep staircase with tiny slippery wooden steps... and doesn't have a railing along the wall. From the top it's a sheer drop... You can ask the front desk for a baby gate, which we only realized after the 3rd day. The gate at least helped prevent them climbing down unattended, but doesn't prevent them from slipping and falling when they climb up from the kitchen.
The layout of the apartment (I can only speak of this one in particular) is idiotic! The entrance leads you to two bedrooms and one toilet... you then walk down the staircase to the kitchen/dining room area and the shower/bathtub. Why on earth isn't the toilet attached to the bathtub and sink... and on the same floor as the bedrooms? With kids, this is incredibly inconvenient.
The kids' room was tiny! Not really a deal-breaker since we did manage to cram in the crib. Other than that, the bunk beds were fine for the 3 year old.
Downstairs is a tiny and cramped kitchen... The only light in the kitchen is above the stove. It felt terribly dark and dingy when cooking. The kitchen cabinet was broken and had a screw sticking out... I pointed it out to the staff and they said they would have it fixed.
The bathtub has a shower curtain, but I'm sure it isn't washed nor replaced very often... if at all! Also, the tub has a hand pommel only... with a really short hose attachment, which is troublesome if you're six feet or taller, as you can barely reach the top of your head.
The dining area is cramped and the chairs awfully uncomfortable and upright... Difficult for the kids to eat at the table without any infant high chairs. However, the view out the window of the surrounding mountains was rather unobstructed.
Any amenity is extra!!! You must pay for tv on a minuscule screen, wifi, sheets, towels, cleaning at the end of your stay, covered parking (which was extremely difficult to navigate), etc... I mean... Come on! When's the last time you payed for tv? Not that we would even watch it... But would be nice to have the option.
The beds were rather uncomfortable... and the bottom sheet wasn't fitted, so you had to remake your bed each day as the mattress seemed to slide on top of the frame too easily.
You get one roll of toilet paper for the week... And don't get any soap (shower, dish, dishwasher, or any type). Nor are there any cleaning products even though you are expected to clean if you don't want to pay 60 euros for the cleaning. Honestly... I'd rather they simply charge you the cleaning fee by including it the overall cost and not tell you about it!
If you want to do any laundry, you must access the only machine for the entire residency through the reception, which is open from 9am. to 7pm. So, good luck trying to squeeze that in during your ski vacation!
Overall, a poor experience... Motivated us to spend as little time in the apartment as possible. Will definitely look for a different accommodation next time!!!

A FUIR!!! HONTEUX!!!
