Very good experience.

One-night stopover.
Besides the difficulty of accessing the hotel due to city construction (the receptionist took the time to guide us by phone: perfect!), very beautiful place, great location right in the center.
Comfortable and clean room, just one downside regarding the 3rd adult bed which was not very comfortable.
Hearty, tasty breakfast and the staff was attentive to requests.
A little extra for the receptionist who pointed out the places to visit and the restaurants nearby.
So we recommend it!

Expensive vs facilities

Last minute booking to stay in Caen. Very old hotel, we book the most expensive room for the view, we had the view but the room was not the view we had on booking. Hotel is very old, but bed ok, clim was not great. We had diner at the other Best Western, restaurant Le Royale, the food is very good and the service super nice.

Excellent choice

Stayed for 4 nights, good choice in the center of Caen, well connected with public transport and the station for excursions to the D-Day beaches. Clean and spacious room, a mention to the receptionist Ms. Aurelia and her colleague whose name we do not remember. Definitely worth considering for a return visit.

Good hotel in the center of town

My husband and I were traveling with friends on a guided tour at this hotel for a 2 night stay. The room was clean but on the small side. The breakfast buffet was ok - choices were limited. The location of this hotel is great - MonoPrix market was right across the street and there were many restaurants within walking distance.
