Very nice stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly, warm, welcoming.
Too bad there is no room for 3 sea side but that said courtyard side we were quiet. The room is fine. The bathroom too. The housekeepers come by every day and it is very nice to go into a clean room changed bedding and towels changed every day also, it is very nice. The staff is very attentive.
The breakfast is excellent. Beautiful unlimited buffet, we loved it.
The least: no catering on site.
And we did not know that the bottle of wine was offered to us, nothing or nobody told us.
Otherwise nothing to say, perfect. Again thank you to all the team that was at the top!!

Requested room with a sea view, which it had from a roof window. But you could only see the view if you stood right in front of the window. Not worth the supplement. Plus the noise of the rain on the roof window woke you up during the night.
The bathroom was compact but refurbished and was very good. Room was old fashioned and tired.
Would not stay again.

When we arrived I had to wait at reception for a while as there wasn’t anyone in attendance. There seemed to be only one person who did everything. The toilet in our room was badly stained in the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I complained to the person on the desk and showed her a photo I had taken. She said she would go and clean it whilst we were out. When we returned it had been cleaned but was still dirty at the back which was visible. The following morning I took a shower, I closed the sliding door fully. When I looked down, the water had completely overflowed and saturated the bathroom floor and seeped out onto the bedroom carpet, so much so we had to use all of the towels to soak it up. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to send an email.

Good for a stopover

Very disappointing breakfast.
Dried out brioche
Bedroom with double bed made up of 2 beds, hence a large gap between the beds (uncomfortable)
The bedding was too small and was not suitable for a large bed.
Non-functional heating
Nice shower

Very good location
