An excellent family stopover
Very good stay in this stopover hotel! The welcome is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place is quiet, perfect for resting after a long trip.
Big plus for the pool, very pleasant, and for the many games and activities offered to children: they can really have fun and enjoy the stay. It is a real advantage for families!
The staff is friendly and available, and the value for money is very attractive. An address that I recommend without hesitation for a pleasant and relaxing stopover, for both parents and children!

Just not...
Fine for 1 night. But I was happy to be able to move on.
In our room was white powder on the bedside table upon entering. No risk taken so with a napkin everything removed. There was another meal from the previous people in the fridge. This came to pick up the woman from the reception after notification.

Great stay for family.
Great location for travel to south of France. Very family friendly with a lovely pool and friendly staff. Room for family of 4 was great and split single sofa beds were ideal for kids. Air con much appreciated! Breakfast was good with a great choice of fresh food. Bar staff especially Sasha was excellent. We will definitely return. Only downside was service in the restaurant was ok first night but quite bad the second night which considering the price for a simple meal was not acceptable. We decided to return due to the great room/ pool but we ate out- which was easy as quite a few places just opposite. Much cheaper and far better service.

HOTEL MEETING FAMILY EXPECTATIONS
Accustomed to this hotel with my children.
Room ok with what one expects (didn't see a water fountain this time)
Loan of small towels for the pool (some annoyances with certain tourists allowing themselves to dive without checking around them)
Bar side in the evening with dining, slowness in being served, smiling staff doing their best to satisfy requests.
Breakfast in room, nothing to report!

Convenient Hotel With Great Staff
Due to my wife being admitted to hospital as an emergency for a week on our return trip from Switzerland back to the UK. I required accommodation for a week not too far from the Beaune hospital.
The hotel although on certain days of the week being quite crowded was well organised, with helpful staff. Although at times it was a bit of a scrum for breakfast there was a good of food selection always available. Diner was good but the menu a bit limited for more than a one night stopover.
My room was clean and functional and serviced well every day.
Again, all the staff were helpful and welcoming. Slightly more expensive than the usual Novotel rates but considering its location at the cross roads to Europe and the school holidays not surprised.
Would love to visit again when out of season.
