Very good

Perfect with the air conditioning.
Good bedding.
Perfect welcome.
Breakfast was acceptable; just putting the butter and cold cuts in the fridge would be better.

Direct view of the square

A little disorienting to have to cross a crowded bar to access the stairs leading to the guest rooms....Secure access.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Hearty breakfast.
Very nice welcome and listen during Mimi's stay!
Only Hic: Difficult to find sleep and rest because the room overlooks the place of heroes. Certainly an asset for the view, but very noisy by direct access to bars, restaurants and other...And at 7:00 am cleaning the square by the valet services...
Very good for night owls and partygoers.

Well located in Arras

Slightly difficult to locate as tucked at the back of a cafe with narrow steep staircase. The room overlooked the square with nice opening windows. Bed comfy, shower good but bathroom smelt a little damp. Our friend who was with us had a room at the back with a view of the bins and up another flight of narrow stairs. Staff friendly ish. They didn’t tell us how to get in if it was closed so we found ourselves locked out when we got back from dinner. This was resolved quickly.. breakfast was extra but good.

Centre of Arras, great stay.

Stayed in the Belfry suite. Beautiful bathroom, large comfy bed, great view of Place des Heros.
Very central, good double glazing so not noisy.
Friendly staff.
Only potential downside for those with mobility issues: old building with lots of stairs.

Inimitable Arras

It is said that “the people of the North have the sun in their hearts that they do not have outside” so the team from the Court of the Greats fully deserves to be on the podium! A welcome as we like, a friendly and efficient team, a cozy room with a view of the Christmas market on Place des Héros and to finish off a quality breakfast.
