Appartamento magnifico!

Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro ai piedi della salita al Parc Mauresque, a 50 mt dalla strada pedonale di Arcachon, a 200 mt dal mercato e dalla spiaggia. Appartamento numero 7 semplicemente fantastico. Ampio (2 camere), 3 locali da bagno (uno doccia, uno vasca, uno WC, ognuno con lavandino e specchio), arredato con cura e dotato di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, forno microonde, fornelli ad induzione, lavatrice, asciugatrice), tutti nuovi, wifi. Balcone ampio con tavolo e sedie. Parcheggio interno coperto chiuso con cancello automatico. Insomma 10.

Disappointing!!!

Apartment number 8 very ill equipped! Not one identical plate, outdated appliances, the appliances would need to be changed! Plate oven hood.... Bad condition! The shower door is broken, the furniture drawers do not open, the bathroom furniture is old and damaged. Rusty garden furniture. Lots of screws. Overlooks the parking lot.

Happy to stay here again...

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this apartment block and we have had a different apartment on 3 occasions depending on the size of our party. Accurately described by the lovely team at Alternative Aquitaine who we booked it through. Great, simple place to stay providing all the necessary kit you need for a base when spending most of the time out and about and at the beach. Helpful reception who recognise us each time we return. Thanks Alternative Aquitaine.

Don't be misled by Alternative Aquitaine - this place is awful

Villa d'Este is very disappointing. We booked for one week but after putting up with the dirty bed linen, the tiny and unventilated toilet and the balcony that overlooks a car park for two days we left. Don't rely on Alternative Aquitaine's endorsement of this property. Good points: location.

Geräumige, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir besuchen diese Unterkunft das erste Mal. Nach anfänglichen kleinen Problemen die aber sofort erledigt wurden, war alles in Ordnung. An Geräten und Möbeln ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut!
