A very nice discovery!

A very pleasant stage during two days in the heart of the Auvergne. Beautiful room, sumptuous scenery, very friendly Welcoming, good level breakfast and dinner... We will return there...

This has been the best authentic and most beautiful stay my husband and I have experienced this summer in France. The description and photos lived fully up to the promises. The inviting mood (also towards our dog), the quiet atmosphere, local delicious meal really set the tone for a great stay. We will definitely love to come again!

Unfortunately the property is a it run down and very remote. The online description and pictures give a false impression, it is very basic and more a farmhouse than chateau. No restaurant on site so the nearest restaurant was over a half hours drive away down very narrow country lanes. The owner was very friendly but we got a shock when he tried to let another couple into our room at 23:30 forgetting that we were already in there and asleep! Overall we would not recommend staying here.

Step back in time in a stylish, peaceful setting, top

Incredible experience. An oasis of peace, comfortable bed, good food, friendly welcome, literally not a single point of criticism. Several seating areas in the park, and also a swimming pool between the fields. Breakfast provided to perfection, nice coffee, fresh bread.

Excellent stay at the Château de Perpezat

We were looking for calm and serenity. We found them at the Château de Perpezat. A magnificent setting, attentive yet discreet hosts, excellent dinners and breakfasts at the table d'hôtes served in the beautiful dining room or outside in the park, large, tastefully decorated rooms and very comfortable bedding. comfortable. In summary, nothing but happiness in this wild Auvergne. So much so that having started our vacation there, we returned there at the end for our greatest pleasure. With the added bonus of a beautiful and unexpected mushroom picking at the end of summer.
