Very good hotel

We had booked 2 rooms , arrived at 10pm , very welcome, we were made to eat despite the late hour , a great salad and a super good pizza . Very nice room , quiet , the most in the room kettle available with coffee , tea and cupcake.
Comfortable bed, very very hearty breakfast, I highly recommend this Inn with top staff.

To flee!!

We booked one night in this hotel and were very disappointed by the room which was very aging and the hygiene really left to be desired, the cups in the bathroom near the toilet were not even packed , the soap dispenser did not work in the tub .the lampshades were dusty
equipment was defective chairs were dirty .....
(Tea maker biscuit, tea , coffee , milk , small bottle of water ),presented on the internet and noted on our reservation was not in the room. No drinks ( misleading advertising)
The staff at the front desk that night were two incompetent young women.
we asked for the change of room the pictures represent the cleanest room that gives us .....so we advise you to avoid making the same mistake as us!! this hotel Kyriad in Amilly should not be part of the chain Kyriad because it does not respect the services for the price paid.

I booked this hotel because previous reviews stated that the breakfast was excellent, I guess these reviews are written by the hotel staff. For 13 Euros It was a very poor.
The room was very dark, only 1 small window.
814 Euros for 10 nights with breakfast and tax. I received a receipt for 724.91 Euros.
My Credit card was charged 839 Euros.
Emails ignored by the hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience

The hotel is downright dirty and smells bad. The restaurant food expensive and bad. I stayed for two days and the second day they didn't make my bed. I had to clean the bedside table the first day because it was disgusting. I'm not coming back.
