Terrazza da sogno

Host molto disponibile e gentile. Appartamento funzionale, spazioso, pulito, luminoso, arredato con gusto. Cucina bene attrezzata. Terrazza panoramica con vista sul golfo di Algajola veramente suggestiva. Residence a due passi dal paese ma silenzioso e tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.

A fuir...annulation arbitraire...

On a réservé l’écrin environs 3 mois avant notre séjour en corse.
Appel à la résidence la veille de notre arrivée pour connaître l’heure de notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous confirme l’arrivée possible à 16h le lendemain.
Et surprise (mauvaise...), annulation arbitraire à 22h30 sans explication !
Nous voilà bloqué en corse avec un petit garçon et un bébé sur Calvi au milieu du mois d’août sans logement pour le lendemain un vrai danger.
Après une recherche sur Google j’ai même vu des commentaires indiquant cette résidence comme fermé...bref à fuir sauf si vous souhaitez vous retrouver à la rue...

Exceptionnel

Appartement magnifique avec une vue a coupé le souffle . Très bien équipé avec en prime un jaccusi sur la terrasse. Une propriétaire aux petits soins et toujours aussi accueillante. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Lo scrigno di nome e di fatto.

Nuovo . In attività da 5 anni appena . Stile minimal chic con qualche tocco design, qualche pezzo Kartell qua e là . Il nostro appartamento 68mq piu ' giardino privato, dispone di 2 camere da letto . Bagno. Soggiorno. Patio arredato . Posto auto privato. L' aspetto è molto piacevole e si sta bene . La casa è dotata di un' ottima e funzionante wi fi e aria condizionata che xò non serve xché la casa ha un buon riscontro d'aria. Frigorifero, microonde e lavastoviglie .Tv a schermo piatto . I punti negativi in casa sono il bagno, senza finestra e senza ventola di areazione ,e alcune dotazioni della cucina . Un pentolone da caserma e 2 casserruole ,utizzabili perché di dimensioni piu contenute, sono pero' senza coperchio. Portatevi da casa se ne avete le cialde Nespresso. In casa c'è la macchina omonima x il caffè ma in zona nessuno le vende . Lavanderia e asciugatrice a disposizione. Il mare dista 10 /15 minuti a piedi. La strada al ritorno è in salita per cui con bimbi piccoli può essere un problema. Unico neo a cui consiglio ai proprietari di far fronte quanto prima , lo spazio esterno al residence. Il primo impatto infatti fa rimanere perplessi perfino su cosa si troverà varcando il cancello d'ingresso.
Sporcizia, rottami e detriti di costruzione ovunque . Una fila di cassonetti maleodoranti danno il benvenuto al cliente poi lo scrigno appunto ma l' esterno è un disastro.

Wspaniały apartament z bardzo komfortową kuchnią i tarasem

Miejsce dla tych, którzy mają dosyć rustykalnych wnętrz. Apartament w stylu minimalistycznym w pełni wyposażony w to co jest potrzebne w trakcie wakacyjnego pobytu. Stosunkowo duże komfortowe pomieszczenia. Wspaniały taras z sofą do spędzania wieczorów przy lampce wina. Bardzo sympatyczna właścicielka. Wprawdzie plaża jest oddalona o jakieś 10 minut, jednak spokojnie można tę odległość przejść piechotą. W nagrodę mamy przyjemny piasek i łagodne zejście do morza, również z piaszczystym dnem. Idealne dla dzieci. Dookoła kilka dobrych restauracji. Byliśmy w 3 tygodniu sierpnia i miejsce raczej zakwalifikowalbym jako nie uczeszczane przez turystów. Jeśli już mam ich wymienić to największą grupę stanowili spokojni Niemcy. Nie spotkaliśmy żadnych turystów z Europy Centralnej i Wschodniej. Polecam szczególnie tym, którzy chcą odnaleźć spokój i spędzić czas w nowoczesnym apartamencie w małej sympatycznej miejscowości.
