WARNING!!!! SCAMMERS

I booked with them on B**king, and so far, everything was fine; the reservation was confirmed, and the next day they sent me a link for the security deposit of €250, which I couldn't complete because I was traveling. When I arrived, I asked them to send me a second link to make the deposit; they sent it, but the link had expired!!! And when I told them, they responded that the link was perfectly functional, but I took too long to make the payment, so they wouldn't send me another one, and I was left without a place to sleep. They insisted that it was my fault, and I replied that if they just sent me another link, I would make the deposit, and then I would have access to the property, but nothing doing; they took the money, and I had to pay to find another accommodation. From the reviews I read here, it seems I have understood that this is their modus operandi; they scam, but both B**king and AIR B & B let them do this? Having paid through PayPal, I raised the issue with them, and now we will see how it ends.

SCAM

SCAM! Run away, the owner refused my entry to the accommodation, the deposit link expired in 24 hours even though the reservation was made 2 weeks ago! Impossible to contact him, I am not the first to have had problems with this owner. Either he refuses your entry, or he does not return your deposit. I will have to take justice into my own hands. My reservation was canceled without a refund; the contract was not honored. I advise against this accommodation if you care about your money.

Avoid it.

Step 1: you reserve and pay in advance. Step 2: the manager invents a pretext to not give you the keys. Step 3: since there is nothing visible at 25 Finsonius Street, you must look for another accommodation (and of course, do not expect any refund). Hats off to the artist.

Watch out for scams!

I confirm Floo-Her's opinion. I had booked and paid from May 6 to 8 on a booking platform. The manager refused to give me the keys, on the pretext of an email I did not reply to. I had to repay a hotel, and of course he refused any refund, even after the platform called him (she claimed she could not do anything). You will find dozens of similar testimonials online, since 2023 (Finsonius Studios was formerly called Preachers Studios, or Catherine Studios: they change their name when negative reviews become too numerous). The manager also seems to take pleasure in mocking the victims. It is strange that such a scam can flourish with impunity. I'm going to press charges, and I'm inviting other victims reading this advisory to contact me.

Watch out!

Watch out! The host is absolutely unreliable, bordering on dishonesty.
Access to the accommodation was denied the same day, leaving us without accommodation even though the rental was a week ago.
The host asks for a deposit of 250 euros out of nowhere, to be paid by a dark link.
One person points out on another notice that he never found his bail.
Great caution!
