Lovely cosy cabin

We stayed as a couple in E40. The owner, Meeri, was lovely to deal with before our stay and always answered my emailed questions very promptly.
The cabin itself when we arrived was so cosy and warm, and there is everything provided that you could need. We did book bedding and towels through Meeri, only a few euro and easier than bringing our own. The other bonus was that the cabin has a full proper cooker, a lot of Lapland cabins just have 2 electric rings to cook on. There is a huge fridge and a microwave and plenty of bowls plates and cooking utensils. The other huge plus is that wifi has just been added to the cabin and worked brilliantly and very quick speed.
It was -32 while we were there and we never felt anything but snug and warm in the cabin. The stairs up to the bedrooms is very steep so you do have to be able bodied, we are both in our 50's and had no problem with them.
The cabin is right in the center of the village, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bus stops all within very easy walking distance so you dont have to hire a car if you dont want to, the airport bus stops and picks up right near the cabin. Despite being near everything it so quiet and peaceful.
We didnt get to see the Northern lights, when the sky was clear they just didnt happen and when they were forecasted we had snow and clouds so its a very good reason for us to need to go back and I wouldnt hesitate to contact Meeri to stay in her cabin again.

Not clean apartment

When I first came in the apartment, There is used glass on the chair, the kettle is burn and black and the pot is not clean. And this apartment charged 72 euro cleaning fee. WiFi is slow and sound proof is poor. I even needed to make the bed myself. It definitely not worth the price.

Come in uno chalet

E' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Tutta la struttura è costruita con tronchi di legno; all'interno la sensazione è davvero gradevole. Camera non spaziosissima, ma comunque confortevole, con materassi di tipo "memory" ECCEZIONALI. TV da 52'' con gran numero di canali internazionali. Bagno di ridotte dimensioni, ma comunque funzionale. La vera sorpresa è stata la disponibilità di una sauna privata, ogni giorno per mezz'ora, che ci rigenerava dopo la giornata passata sugli sci o le ciaspole. Riscaldamento efficientissimo. Struttura estremamente silenziosa. Parcheggio dell'auto proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Unico "neo" è stata la colazione inclusa che era servita presso il Kuukkeli, il supermarket all'inizio di Saariselka con annesso bar/self-service: quindi ogni mattina dovevamo usare l'auto per andare e tornare dalla colazione (in alternativa avremmo potuto sfidare i -30 gradi!).
Se dovessi tornare a Saariselka, prenoterei di nuovo in questa struttura.

Надо вернуться зимой

Для отдыха и проживания есть все. Кроме места для барбекю. Зато в двух шагах аквапарк, а в другой стороне супермаркет. Внутри дома есть все, чтобы не отвлекаться от отдыха: посуда всякая, посудомойка, стиральная машина, сушилка для одежды, сауна, камин и т.д.
Не хватает только места для барбекю и интернета.
