Beautiful lakeside camping and cabins with swimming beach.

A beautiful setting with excellent facilities, including a restaurant and bar with beach/lake views. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There’s also a gorgeous modern sauna complex for rent with a terrace. The owner, Hans, couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

Lovely quiet place by the lake

This is a great little spot and good value for money. Nice restaurant with snacks and meals, freshly baked apple pastries were delicious. We had a motel room which was quite comfortable. We also looked at one of the small cabins which looked cosy. The camp kitchen (for tenters and occupants of small cabins) is fairly large and well equipped with nice outdoor and indoor seating areas. There are grills and seating in the grounds also and a children’s play area. Lots to recommend it!

1-night stop

I stopped for 1 night, I used just facilities building. Reception is open 24h, which is great; kitchen is well equipped, with utensils (spoon, forks, knives plates, cups, frying pans...), there are even simply toys for children. But only 1 man's toilet? Can be not enough in summer season, unless there are some more on the territory that I did not see.
Overall, I found this place a good one.

Asuntoautolla

Olimme asuntoautolla emolahden leirintäalueella. Alueella oli käytössä ainoastaan 1vessa ja 1 kph naisille sekä vastaavasti 1 vessa ja 1 kph miehille. Asiakasmäärään nähden auttamattomasti liian vähän. Kylpyhuoneet olivat myös todella likaisia. Harmaaveden ja kemikaalivessan tyhjenykset sen sijaan oli tehty helpoksi. Mukava paikka, mutta huonosti hoidettu.

Joustava, rauhallinen

Kävimme keväällä sesongin ulkopuolella. Suunnitelmien muuttumisen takia jouduimme perumaan ja varaamaan uudelleen, ja Emolahti tuli siinä vastaan todella reilusti ja ystävällisesti. Mökki ei ehkä ollut mikään viiden tähden majoitus, mutta kodikas ja rauhallinen tukikohta, rahalle vastinetta enemmän kuin tarpeeksi.
