Cozy & well-equipped apartments in central location

Location is a walking distance from everthing, e.g. port, Moomin land etc. There is free parking on the street, 8h with the parking "disc", so no need for paid parking in the yard.
We stayed in a family suite "Villa" with 3 bedrooms, sauna etc. It was excellent, it had two toilets and showers. The apartment was extremely quiet, only teenagers with mopeds made some noise at night. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Good air conditioning. Terrace. We could have stayed for longer.
The breakfast was quite basic. The service didn't quite scale that well for the amount of the customers. Breakfast room was small, tables near to each other.

Avoid at all cost!

We had a terrible experience: there was no hot or even warm water, rather ice cold - so no possibility to utilise shower in the hotel room. When we asked about this, it came apparent that hotel staff knew about this but didn’t bother to inform the guests about it. The room was also really dirty and smelled super bad. The reception suspected that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Once sending a complaint about all this, they are not responding to the emails.

Ticked all the boxes

We stayed in a small double room. It faced the street. Noise was not a problem but maybe we were lucky. The bathroom was the tiniest I have used, but what do you expect when staying in an historic building. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot.
The breakfast was one of the best we had in Finland. I only wished it could have started earlier. We were cycling and needed to get going.
I would recommend this hotel. I think they have newer rooms out the back, but for us it was great.

Clear deterioration since previous year

We stayed two nights at the hotel in July 2024. Unfortunately, it was inexperienced staff who did not clean the room despite reminder. Furthermore, they could not sell a bag of chips because “they did not know how to do it” even though they work at the reception.
Nor was any compensation paid for the lack of cleaning which, after several conversations with reception, was carried out very late, at 10 pm. This is not ok for a family with young children.
We have been here before and then enjoyed it better but we can no longer recommend this hotel. Choose another if you are going to Naantali.

Bad experience

The room was nice but the service way below average. The reception had some temporary stuff and were not helpfull. We wanted to boy a bag of chips but the stufx could not sell them since they didn’t know the proce. Our room was not cleaned at 19 before our dinner and still not at 22 when arriving from the dinner eventhough we had complained. It took 30 min more for some one to come when we wanted to put our son to bed. We had dirty dishes, trash and wet towels on the floor and they asked what do we want. A normal hotel service for this price of a room I answered. Very bad experience!
