The Dogha Hotel is a comfortable hotel located 1200 m above sea level, situated on a hill with beautiful views.

I would return again. There were places in the north that impressed me, due to their culture, archaeology, and people..........

Goha Hotel Gondar Wonderful

What a delightful hotel in Gondar, Ethiopia. We had a wonderful night stay here. The location is fantastic looking over the city. The best thing though were the staff, very friendly, very polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Even though Expedia advised the hotel provided an airport shuttle that was not the case! Due to the petrol crisis I was advised by the hotel upon advising of my delayed flight that I would have to find transportation myself. A very kind stranger from my flight, managed to get a driver/taxi to take me to my hotel. Upon arriving I had to pay 2000 bir which was a lot by their standards. I know I’ve been fleeced but what can you do and they have been hit badly by the petrol crisis!

Needs upgrade

We were here for a nite only...too spread out , rooms with stone walls not appealing, bathroom too small..narrow.
Well situated with lovely city views..being so high one needs a stole as it gets cool.
Breakfast nothing special but edible.. restaurant well designed .
It has power problems one can be without lights for some time.
Liked the little handicraft store with reasonable n good stuff.
