A pleasent vacation
LaSPA- if you want to have a excellent vacation in spa, LaSpa is for sure thing. Nice rooms, good saunas ( specially outdoor one), very pleasent guests, good parking area- overall - good for family vacation. Have been there already three times, probably will go again!

Really bad service in the lobby cafeteria
My review is to the lobby cafeteria. Got extreamly bad service. When entered was shouted that there is table service, so I sat down ( without saying anything). Waited 25 min, noone came to take the order, though there was 2 people working and not many clients. One called Sofia. Seems like servants need service training.

Soviet Pioneer Camp
They took a standard number. Price/quality ratio leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least. The room is tiny, it fits exactly, completely uncomfortable, no minibar, furniture antediluvian, everything shabby. The bath is not just small, but extremely small, the tiles are like in Soviet times, the eerie shower located high, i.e. they are normally impossible to wash, it is just a circus of some kind. There is a squalid shower near the toilet, but no mixer, so what is it for, for "beauty"?
And the most unpleasant thing is the COLD in the room, barely warm blowing, the hallway was warmer! It was lazy to go swearing at the front desk just like that, and it's just ugly! When we left, we were asked how we were, we said it was very cold, reaction was zero.
There were no bathroom facilities, I've never seen one before, no hat, no cotton discs, nothing.
Breakfast is very scarce and tastes bad.
The spa itself is huge and there are only three steam rooms that are naturally packed always.
A pool that leads to the outside freezing, is that like it? In all spas, outdoor pools in winter are always heated!
157 euros is certainly not worth it completely. Never come back and advise anyone!

Because I couldn't use some of the spa services and had to pay for the full service, but if I was 5 minutes late leaving
Paid full amount for spa visit. Saltsteam sauna was out of service, olso ouside pool. Checked out 5 minutes later, was fined 1.-.

Not Quite a Successful Attempt to Enjoy and Relax
Located in a nice pine forest and close to the sandy beach, this hotel advertises itself as a place to enjoy and relax. The location is indeed beautiful, peaceful, and close to nature. The reception staff are friendly and do their best to assist guests. The breakfast is really good, with an excellent variety of local products. The food in the lobby restaurant Liiv is tasty and well-prepared.
However, the overall experience depends a lot on the time of visit and the type of room. During weekends the place is usually overcrowded, especially the spa area. The problems begin already with the parking — the courtyard is completely full, and guests often have to drive out to find a spot near the main road, where a beach parking lot is located. The hotel does not guard the designated parking spaces for its own guests, and spa visitors simply occupy all available spots.
In the evenings, the Liiv restaurant is often fully booked, and there are practically no alternative dining options except for the expensive gourmet restaurant upstairs. The service in Liiv needs significant improvement: guests experience long waiting times, and tables are not cleaned promptly. Maybe, making this service more efficient will solve the eating problem?
The standard rooms have clearly seen better days. While they are clean, the decor and bathrooms are truly worn out. Shower heads leak at different angles, water easily floods the bathroom floor, and there is black mold on the old tile seams — most likely due to poor ventilation. Soundproofing between rooms is almost nonexistent.
The spa area is frequently overcrowded as well, and the chlorine concentration in the air and the pools is so high that it causes eye irritation. In the shower rooms of the spa, water does not drain properly, so guests end up standing ankle-deep while showering. It seems that the hotel urgently needs a major renovation of its plumbing systems and shower cabins in the main building.
Overall, there remains an impression of an overpriced facility with little justification for the cost — the same issues were present three years ago, and very little has been improved since then.
