The staff was incredibly friendly in answering all our questions, they came to pick us up at the airport and waited for us even if our flight was delayed 1 hr. The location of the property is perfect. Just like the photos. We walked to the Giza piramids the next morning after a lovely Egyptian breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel

Very dirty room and furniture or appliances were broken. The place is very hard to find with dirty alley and stairs to get to the hotel.

Amazing Staff

Truly enjoyed my stay! The staff is extremely dedicated to providing the best experience for the visitors! Extremely freindly and warm.They will go out if there way to provide you with A+ service. Plus the view of the Pyramids was breathtaking every morning. Made my breakfast special and remeberable.

Disappointing

I gave it a 2 because the view of the pyramids is worth it but the cost of the room for 2 nights was €145. The rest? Never mind. You enter a dusty staircase, take an elevator up to the fifth floor and arrive at the hotel. The room appears clean but it is not. The bathroom full of limescale and dirt. The breakfast? On the first day, in addition to food, not even a drink, on the second day an orange juice. There is a young boy at the reception who is very polite and kind. Then we talked to Lido for excursions... look elsewhere because you will save a lot of money. Sin
