The staff were very good. The room was an issue. There is only one remote for ACs for a 2 bedroom studio. The bathroom door curtain did not work. Overall, could have been better

My experience at Pyramid Front Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, mainly due to how the situation at checkout was handled.
During my stay, everything seemed fine at first. However, there was a minor accident in the room where a small plate from room service was accidentally broken. It was clearly unintentional and not a major issue. Despite this, when I went to check out, the staff attempted to charge me an unreasonable amount for the damage.
What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. Instead of approaching it with understanding or professionalism, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation to get extra money. There was little transparency about the cost, and no effort to resolve it fairly or respectfully.
Overall, this left a very negative impression. Accidents can happen, but how a hotel chooses to deal with them says a lot about their customer service. Unfortunately, in this case, it did not feel fair or customer-friendly. I would recommend future guests be cautious and clarify policies upfront to avoid similar issues

Clean rooms, the staff was polite and very helpful and they were willing to help at any time of the day.
