Cheap and Clean accommodation but Noisy at the front!

The hotel is cheap cheerful and clean ....it is in a very very noisy area - we struggled to sleep at night as we had a room overlooking the street, car horns beeping 24/7 it never stops - advise you go for a room with pyramid view at the rear or an internal room. ....The room was simple and functional , clean and basic. The thing that let things down was the breakfast served on top floor roof terrace - it wasn't good at all , we went twice and that was enough ,3 set breakfast plates, food was poor quality , not a buffet style as shown in booking.com photos! and service slow by a teenage boy you can tell they are trying to do this on a tight budget - if you want a cheap and cheerful stay in Giza - it may be an option , its not in a tourist area but a busy inner city area - I stayed with my adult son - take an UBER taxi everywhere - they will try to negotiate up the price but agree before you set off. Cairo - 35 mins Sphinx Airport 35 mins . Pyramids 5 mins, Egyptian museum 5 mins ***also No Bar or lounge at this hotel and definitely no restaurant - don't be mislead by trip advisor, no food available here ( apart from the breakfast) its just the check in desk , the rooms and the roof breakfast terrace.- Staff were nice enough tho to be fair.

We booked last minute during the ceremony of the new GEM Tut grand opening. We were fortunate to see the ceremony streamed with the owners and friends. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay.
The family run business is located in an old Giza neighborhood, there is a stockyard nearby. It’s not easy to walk to anything. So expect to hire transportation.
It’s a new boutique hotel in old neighborhood. Clean and amazing views. And excellent service.

Nice modern hotel. The breakfast was tasty and the staff are helpful.
Due to its location, with so many roads close by, the room was very noisy.
The shower over a freestanding bath is not a good idea as you flood the whole bathroom floor!
