Great stay.
Fantastic staff and hotel supremely comfortable. Had a superior room with views of pyramids. Was worth it. Good laundry service and great buffet breakfast. Hotel has several restaurants. The two I tried were great. Other restaurants and shops nearby including an alcohol outlet if required. Hotel has great pool area and pool bar. Rooftop bar a lovely place to watch the sunset. Big thanks to Iman and Waleed for making my stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was wonderful! The entire staff was very friendly, attentive, and always helpful. A special thank you goes to our tour guide Mr. Ahmed Allam; he was extremely competent, friendly, and helpful at all times. Thanks to him, our trip was even more beautiful.
The hotel also has a nice pool, which our children enjoyed very much. We were particularly impressed by how warm and loving the staff was with the children. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the hotel and the trip!

Okay but ……..
The hotel is not too bad. Clean rooms and food okay. Not particularly close to the pyramids. But do not use the hotel taxi, a complete rip off - do not trust !!

If you need a helping guide Sem is your man!
At the hotel we told manager Ahmed we needed help with transportation. He came with good idea's and locations.
We had the best time because it was very well organized. Our taxi driver was a very professional taxi driver. He goes by the name of Ahmed but you can call him Sem. His best quality is that he is from Giza so he knows everything. All the hotspots you would like to see he can simply get you there. And he comes with nice local places aswell. You can make a plan with him and it is very well bringing to progress.
