Very helpful abd friendly staff

The apartment is nice, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The host assisted me with everything and was available at any time, even after midnight. I'm currently at home, but when I return to Egypt, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. They even arranged a free Uber for me. I felt like I was with family; they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel offers many affordable trips, and if you ask for a discount, they are very accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough money for the last trip to the Black and White Desert, but they assured me it was okay my friend; their priority is your happiness. If you don't have any plans, they will make them for you. They truly treat their guests well.

Real nice and helpful staff. But no hot water and dark hall (no lightbulbs). Lots of good potential but generally run down.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

False depiction of the property and n the website. The apartment appears to be in a nice area and clean. IT IS A DUMP.
The area is disgusting, the lobby is disgusting and the apartment, 44, is disgusting. A large volume of roaches crawl from an opening in a pipe in the bathroom. Water comes through the bathroom floor and I was always mopping the water. The paint on the bathroom door was cracked and peeling. There is no security chain on the apartment door. There is one chain that hangs down. Paint is peeling from the hallway walls. Dogs are barking loud, people are talking loud and music is playing loud from sunset to sunrise. There is no WiFi as a result I could not get tv channels or WiFi on my cellphone. Do Not Go There.

Pay a little more and stay in a hotel

Not a great start to our trip to Egypt, no one at the apartment to meet us, we waited almost 2 hours in the blistering heat in a run down apartment front with no aircon in July. The apartment itself was ok but zero kitchen facilities. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was suitable, there is no air con in the second bedroom only a small fan, or the hallway, only in the main bedroom so the heat during the night for the bedroom without was unbearable. The lift was an experience and no lighting on the stairs which we had to use a few times due to the power going out everyday in the afternoons. There are lots of shops around and taxis are very cheap, it’s a good central location.

××× NOT RECOMMEND ***

Basic apartment, not recommended unless this the only one available for you but make sure to be not Egyptian as they don't respect Egyptians even if they are Egyptian and in Egypt ( how funny) or if you have dollar or Euro they welcome you but if you deal wtv Egyptian Pound then you are not
Very bad Team, racism just needs dollars and euros even if that is against the law and your rights, I confirmed the booking online and was going to make check-in so contacted the owner by WhatsApp he asked me to pay USD OR Euro but I said no as iam Egyptian and as per law I MUST PAY IN EGP but he reject and didn't accept that which is make me too disappointed
I went to the Police to report them and THANKS God they sent with me policeman to do the check-in for me and make payment in Egyptian Pound
