The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The only downside is the noise from the cars in the street, which is excepted considering the location.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. The location is extremely strategic and convenient — everything you need is just a short walk away.
Right next to the hotel there is one of the most popular restaurants in the area, offering tasty and fresh food. Please note that you may need to wait around 30 minutes for a table, as it is very busy.
The hotel has an elevator, and the room was nice, clean, and spacious. Housekeeping was done daily.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here! Only slight downside was that sometimes the bathroom smelled quite a lot like smoke due to the ventilation.

On first night, they moved us to some other place instead of the hotel we booked because they overbooked.
On second night, we came back to castello. After coming back, elevator stopped working on 2nd day and it’s still not working!! We have to go up 7 floors to reach our room in an old building. My parents are old and they can’t climb so many stairs. There is still no solution today after 2 days.
