Lovely tiny hotel

We loved our time at Tin House. Felt very safe walking downtown, loved being so close to the basilica (don’t miss going to the top!) & the breakfasts were lovely. Very clean with a family feel. Can pay in cash only! We had Rosario do our laundry for $6. Thank you, Rosario!

Excellent place

The place has a very good location since it is close to the historic center and you can walk there. Excellent attention from the administration and delicious breakfast. At night it has a very good view of the Basilica of the National Vow.

cozy stay a few steps from the historic center

“Tin House” is a great accommodation located only 5 minutes walking time from the historic center. Our room was very comfortable, there is hot water and good pressure in the shower. There is also a nice terrace overlooking the “Basilica del Voto Nacional” church where you can have breakfast if you want. Our host Charito was very nice and attentive, and we felt very much at home. You can do laundry or have a menu dinner for an additional charge. We tried it once and it was very tasty. Internet was also quite fast and stable. You can also leave your language there if you go to the Amazonas, etc.

Excellent location and fantastic hospitality.

Tin House is located in the historical center, just 5 minutes of walk from Basilica of The National Vote. This is a family-run hotel. My room had a great view of the city and Basilica.
But the true gem of my stay was the awesome hospitality of the owners. They are the warmest people I've ever met, they treated me like a honored family member providing the best possible service and walking an extra mile when I just dropped a word about some of my plans or needs. Chorita, Katherine, Steven and Daniel take every client as a special guest. Katherine and Steven both speak English while Chorita and Daniel would make every effort to communicate effectively using a translation app. They provide an airport shuttle or can take you around the city at a very competitive price.
