Have the scare of my life, impossible to go if you are a woman and go alone

Hello, when I stayed in the hotel I chose it because of the proximity to the terminal and why they accepted pets ,when I entered they charged me 15$ surcharge ,and when I left I was approached by a guy from the establishment and started yelling at me why it smelled like a dog ,his bad attitude made me scared and another is that they let anyone stay ,I arrived at night and saw that in a room there were 6 people taking and listening to music full volume had the door open and through the corridors while I went to my room a super drunk and morbid man ,when I left I was asked to leave a comment, I indicated to the boy that I did not know how and he took my cell phone and put it, take that into account if you go alone and if you are women even more , thank you

Easy to find coming or going to the Quitumbe bus terminal. Nice staff and simple amenities.
