Room was nice and large, Food was good, views were great, The hot tub is not really set up for guest use, it is a spa amenity that is an additional fee and has to be reserved in advance so they can heat it up. Overall I expected a more luxury experience for the price I paid and I felt somewhat underwhelmed by my stay.

The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean, however the shower is not warm enough.

Nice city break

The facilities are very nice, it has beautiful views of the volcano. The food in the restaurant is very good and the Spa massage was the maximum.
Excellent service.
