This hotel is great. location is perfect and the most important the room is well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Poor service in the restaurant

The food is not the best in Quito, but for a hair to end up in the buffet is unacceptable, and the captain's response was even worse. Claiming that there is a significant flow of people due to the buffet does not exempt them from having procedures that ensure the quality of the services they offer.

We only used the restaurant. Breakfast was free with the room. Plenty of choices.
Dinner took time and was salty. Hence only used it once

I enjoy staying here when I can, but they are currently renovating the breakfast dining room. This meant using a smaller restaurant and the buffet area was a bit cramped. Half of the hot items were cold, not just luke warm which was disappointing. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

This is a great hotel for business or pleasure, located perfectly in Quito's business district. It not only gives great service it provides excellent value for money, with lots of amenities.
