Sauna was never hot enough. Every time had to call someone from the staff to increase the temperature.

Cuenca Wedding

We had a great experience here at the Four Points by Sheraton. We traveled from the USA for a wedding. The hotel is next to the Mall de Alto and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean. The pool, gym, sauna, steam room and hottub were all welcome amenities. The restaurant in the hotel, Cooks served fine dining meals. We were welcomed by Adriana and made to feel at home. Our bartender, Tito was a professional mixologist who made the best Pisco Sour and Cañelazo's for us. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cuenca!

My family stayed here for 10 days while visiting relatives and we found the hotel to be luxurious, clean and in a great location.
The people who work here are amazing. Especially in the dining room—we received exceptional service from gentlemen like Carlos, Rodolfo and Gino. Really everyone was super professional and very pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful—with so many delicious and fresh foods, it was a treat everyday.
The pool area is beautiful too, though due to the hours of operation and our schedule, we were unable to use it much. We are still very grateful for this superb vacation experience.

Great hotel in a beautiful city.

The Four Points by Sheraton Cuenca hotel is excellent. It is set in a prime location, overlooking part of the beautiful city. Hotel staff are outstanding. The restaurant is excellent, we ate breakfast several days and dinner once, food was great. Hotel has secured parking.

The only thing that needed more attention was the bathroom. It was clean but you could see a little mold in the joints of the bathroom tiles.
Every thing else was superb!
