Excellent Service and Genuine Hospitality
The reception team was always welcoming, professional, and ready to help. My room was cleaned every day to a high standard, which made my stay very comfortable.
I would especially like to thank Prakash, the F&B Supervisor, who is truly solution-oriented and always goes the extra mile to ensure guests are satisfied. I also appreciated the owner, who takes the time to check on guests personally and genuinely cares about their comfort and experience.
