Easy parking and checkin. Great accommodation overall perfect for a family of 4 in the 2 bedroom apartment. Only downside was regular very noisy deliveries in the car park next door around 3.30am, not sure why this is allowed, as otherwise a quite peaceful place to stay.

It is a great apartment hotel for family trip - easy parking and well-equipment in leisure and game rooms!

Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided.
The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links taking about 45 minutes by bus into central Copenhagen and 10 minutes by bus to the coast and deer park. We recommend getting the Resjekort app loaded before you travel which is then easy to use on all the local buses and S line trains.
Plenty of supermarkets locally and a couple of restaurants.
We were visiting relatives living in Naerum so this was perfect.

Living Suites - Living Nightmare

Getting into the lobby at Living Suites gives associations to the movie “The Shining”. There's humankind and ghostlike with a reception that's behind a locked glass wall and no receptionist.
We took the elevator to the 2nd floor and was greeted there by a strong stink of curry, which filled the whole hallway, and which continued into our apartment. We tried to air out, but the little fan, which was the hotel's response to the aircond, was obviously broken! At the same time there was 24° and no possibility to lower the temperature.
The bed was a sofa bed with an associated miserable quality of sleep, and the “readlight” was a projector that blinked and illuminated the whole room. We gave up reading and could instead star into a hideous, gray concrete ceiling, which looked like a misunderstood replica of a New York brick wall.
Hemsen was a chapter for itself. From the bed's mattress there was only about 60cm up to the ceiling, so you had to crawl in, and inside the headgear the distance was only about 40cm, so it would be a scary scenario for children, sleeping people and people with claustrophobia to sleep there.
The bathroom “exceptuated” by a caly shower that only sprayed 6-7 rays out - and half of them up into the ceiling! There were no toiletries, so we had to go out to buy shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. There was no sinking in the shower cabin, so the floor sailed with water after the shower. If your back wasn’t too stiff after a terrible night on a hard bed, you could try to remove some of the water with a small hand wiper. However, the floor was still mirror flat, so you felt like Bambi on smooth ice. The towels were stiff and rough as sandpaper, so they had been good as floor clothes, but only towels and linen are changed once a week, so it was excluded.
Already the first morning my wife had had had enough and decided to move to another hotel. I held out for 4 days, and even in the end there were problems. I could not get confirmed that I had checked out and there was no help to get when I called the company. Alternatively, I had to write to them, but then it started to get too silly! Instead, I had to return to the hotel after 11:00 to check if my code for the door had been deleted.
We have traveled around the world for the last 40 years and stayed in all kinds of hostels to 5-star hotels, but in relation to the obscene price per night, Living Suites is the worst discounthotel we have tried.

Trangt room at ok hotel

The hotel does not have breakfast.
No staff will welcome you when you arrive. In the room we were given the children had to sleep on a giant-high loft. Scary to climb up.
There was a coffee machine in the lobby that was rarely fit.
The hotel was totally ok to only stay one night but for several nights it was not good.
