Very clean hotel with comfortable beds and a great restaurant!

Very good hotel, great restaurant and good breakfast! Access to billiards, table tennis etc. in the basement bar and coffee stations in several places! Great parking outside!

OK but not more than OK

The room was ok size but poor ventilation. Keep clean. No outlet at the night table only an old usb charger. The shower and the toilet was ok. Breakfast was ok but there was no milk and juice. Staff seemed tired of the guests but behaved correctly

Freaking hot days and not A/C in the room which was kinda expected by me when I booked it, not sure if I just made a mistake or it was wrongly labeled.
Restaurant was closed and it is not allowed to eat food bought from the town in the room, kinda forced fasting or eating unhealthy food from the reception at silly prices.
Breakfast was bland and over crowded, probably some music festival in town, rather unpleasant experience with just not enough room at the buffet for all these people and generally not much healthy options for breakfast.
For the price of this room it was a rather disappointing experience.
Parking was OK, best part of the stay.

A very smooth hotel.

I was on a course and was accommodated at the hotel without any problems. The room was nice and clean, and the only thing to complain about was that I didn't get clean towels, which I might have just had to ask for. The staff was friendly and helpful, so there was nothing to complain about.
The food was fine and delicious, although I thought the service was a bit too slow.
The room I got was on a pretty busy road, and if I needed it, I could have counted cars instead of sheep.

Det glæder os at høre, at indkvarteringen forløb uden problemer, at værelset var pænt og rent, og at du oplevede vores personale som venlige og hjælpsomme. Det betyder meget for os.
I forhold til håndklæder og rengøring vil vi blot nævne, at der på nøglekortet informeres om, at vi er et bæredygtigt hotel. Som en del af vores miljøindsats udfører vi derfor kun ekstra rengøring og skifter håndklæder efter ønske. Man er altid meget velkommen til at henvende sig i receptionen, så sørger vi naturligvis for det med det samme.
Det er dejligt at høre, at du var tilfreds med maden. Vi tager samtidig din kommentar om lidt langsom betjening med videre, så vi kan sikre en endnu bedre oplevelse fremover.
Vi forstår også, at et værelse ud mod en trafikeret vej kan opleves som mindre ideelt. Hvis du skulle have haft brug for værelset og det var til gene, så tøv ikke med at henvende dig i receptionen, så vi kunne have fundet et andet værelse til dig.
Vi håber, at vi får fornøjelsen af at byde dig velkommen igen.

The hotel is very nice even though it’s not located in the center of the city. The room are newly renovated and comfortable
