Rude service - but good hostel

Nice location and good rooms, clean and nice kitchen. Nice with swimming pool for the kids on a rainy day. However, we experienced very rude operation on several rounds from the former Owner of the place, who is now an employee there. However, it should be said that we got an apology upon departure.

Dueode Danish Riviera

Fantastic beach. And at the campsite it was clean and tidy. There are no plots but you were directed to a place among the pine trees and stand. There is nothing around the campsite directly. You can take a walk away to the lighthouse and for 20 Dkk you can walk up and look out over the area.

Rip-off

I send a booking request and got an automatically generated answer. It said it is not a booking confirmation and that I should get a confirmation within 15 minutes. I waited a few days but didn't get any. When I found another place I asked them to retransfer the reservation money. They charged me 550 DK for my booking request which they didn't even bother to confirm. Now they were able to write many emails to me.
550 DK is lot of money for an automatically generated email that doesn't even confirm your booking - it is a lot of money for a family, too. I had more work with them than they had with me. Just a rip-off. happy I am not going there. Wouldn't want to spend my holidays at such peoples place.

4 days of sunshine

First of all, this hostel has a perfect location, in the Forrest and close to the best beach you will find in DK. Rooms in the hostel are clean and with good beds. The staff is super nice, and helpful.
This is the place to stay when visiting Bornholm, we would love to come back
