Hotels in Kolding

Great hotel right opposite the train station.
Very friendly staff.
The room has everything you need and much more: Comfortable bed, enough pillows, kettle, hairdryer, ironing board with iron, fan and good toiletries.
The breakfast buffet is simply fantastic!
Sensationally large and rich selection and everything is constantly replenished!
We'll be back!

Great breakfast. Nice central location and a nice room (could have used a fridge though).
One big problem: the room had windows facing a quite noisy square (seagulls very noisy too). The windows also faced the sun and it was a hot summers day. As a result I had to choose between keeping the windows closed and sleep in a very hot room or keeping them open and sleep in a very noisy room.

No oxygen in the room left in the morning. Bathroom, especially the shower area not cleaned after precious guests. Grime and hair left.
Rooms were really warm, the thermostat settings had no effect whatsoever. The night staff was not very nice, told us there's a tabletop fan to be used. That doesn't really help with temperature or oxygen levels.
The breakfast was nice though, however I would not choose to stay there again.

Good stay. Great breakfast. The only minus was that the rooms were very warm. Otherwise, excellent value.

Drilling and construction noises woke up many guests at 06.15. This must have been going on for several days and cannot have been a surprise for the staff. Totally unacceptable. Stay away while construction is going on.
