It's good for a budget hotel and a place to at least rest up after spending the day out. It is connected to a mall with a train station, only issue being if the mall is closed you need to go around and call a number to get into the hotel. Other than that, if you're on a small budget to Copenhagen, it is a good option.

Beware if parking on a Sunday! We arrived on Sat evening and the hotel was hard to find as the main door was closed but the intercom people were helpful and we got in eventually.
The carpark situation was confusing. We were told by the intercom we could park in the basement car park for free. What we didn’t realise was that one of the car parks belongs to the supermarket. The next morning was a Sunday and we discovered our car was locked in the car park! We had to go to security and pay them 1250 DKK to let us out!!! Tried to call hotel for advice but no answer that morning. So beware of where you park, if we hadn’t been let out it would have ruined our whole holiday.

Awful experience- I arrived late at night and my key was not working. It took me 40 mins and 5 phone calls to access my room- I also had a early morning flight - apparent it is a known issue but the hotel is not even considering as being an issue-
Also- if you are not familiar with the area, good luck in finding your way

Kind of awful - I arrived late and super tired, and the key I found was not working. It took 40 mins to access my room and 5 calls - a supporter even gave me a random number and the people there had no idea what to do with me, one put me on hold for 15 mins and then drop the conversation

Never again.

Spent 1 hour checking in. No staff. The lady on the phone said we can't help you.
First room stinked wildly of cigarettes, got second room- that window couldn't close.
Can in no way recommend this hotel. Like you don't!

Hej Morten,
Da vi er et mindre hotel har vi begrænset åbningstider - dette blev jeres kontor oplyst om ved reservation af hotellet.
Der var personale på igår fra 16:00-22:00 der gav dig flere løsnings forslag.
Det er selvfølgelige beklageligt at det første værelse lugted af røg - og vi er kede af den oplevelse og vi er ligeså træt af det som du er at nogen desværre ikke kan finde ud af respektere at hoteller i Danmark er røgfri. Og endda når det blot er at gå ud og tag en elevator ned.
Jeg ville ønske du havde henvendt dig direkte til receptionen i forhold til det andet værelse - Da alle i receptionen er oplært i at fikse vinduerne og det kunne have været fikset på 10 min.
En af udfordringerne har nok også været vi ikke har de store fællesområder og du havde udtrykt ønske om at blive på samme etage som de andre hvilket igår ikke var muligt da hotellet var fuld booket. Så løsningen med et værelse 9 sal var den bedste løsning da alternativet ville have været at rykke dig til et af vores andre hoteller.
Men jeg beklager igen vi ikke levede op til dine forventninger.
