Property highlights
Summarised by AI
Location
Quiet suburban location requiring transport
Many travellers value the quiet, leafy suburban setting ideal for relaxation, though several note the property is remote, about 20 minutes from central Copenhagen and generally requires a car.
Service
Friendly staff but inconsistent service
Staff are widely described as friendly and helpful, while several guests note inconsistent procedures and service gaps such as missed room cleaning, lack of clear assistance and mixed handling of issues.
Rooms
Varied room quality with size and odour issues
Some guests praise superior rooms as comfortable, but frequent comments report very small or smelly dormitory rooms, occasional heating failures and thin sound insulation causing disturbance.
Amenities
Excellent breakfast and pleasant grounds
Guests most frequently praise the extensive, high-quality breakfast, good dining and pleasant walking paths and parking, though some mention unclear electric car charging and limited bike hire.
Cleanliness
Hygiene concerns and occasional cleanliness
Many guests praise clean rooms and tidy bathrooms, though frequent reports cite poor hygiene — including mould, bugs, dirty carpets and drains — and some rooms smelling of smoke or old carpets.

Dormitory style hotel,not 4*
We stayed for two nights. The electric car charging points are not easy to understand.
The two positives about this hotel were the free parking and tasty breakfast.
The dining area is also set up in school dining style with dry flowers. Not my favourite!

Needs renovation, now
Restaurant amazing, though. Both breakfast and dinner. And service is also good.
