Super delicious two-course lunch

They are sometimes open for lunch and dinner. We got a very delicious two-course lunch menu with an Anarkist IPA for just DKK 175. Super service. Fantastically beautiful historic premises. Can be warmly recommended and will come again!

A sad experience of both food and service

A completely disappointing experience in many ways. The employees lack service understanding, a continuous poor experience of the food that was sad and lacked taste. A lunch serving with salmon for both the pre- and main dish. Not coming again because it was very little value for money.

Not again

Very nicely located in a castle park, which is mainly used by residents with dogs. A very good breakfast is offered, although the fruit, for example, is not peeled (mango, pineapple, etc. and there is no suitable knife for it). The room pictures do not match the photos on the website in any way. It is not clean (toilet/floors), shabby, the TV is an ancient mini PC monitor with 3 channels. The rooms are not hotel standard, more like hostels or youth hostels. The tables are not set for breakfast (completely self-service) and you sit at large round tables with lots of people, if you can get a seat. On the day of departure, for example, it was not possible to get a seat (seminar participants took up all the tables). The price-performance ratio is not right (for 3 nights, around 15m² for half a month's rent in a 100m² apartment. Checking out by 9:00 a.m. is also impossible, I have never experienced that before on our world travels.

Beautiful castle cellar

We were a company that had dinner in the castle cellar. The food was fine and the room was very nice.
On the other hand, they were rather tight on the open bar, which opened approx. 21:30 and closed again at 22... Deeet was perhaps a bit bob-bob

Amazingly beautiful. Rude staff at reception/entrance.

Really beautiful place - absolutely stunning and complete.
We were there for graveside coffee after the funeral. The treatment itself worked fine, although the "cuts" were a bit boring - that wasn't what we came for, so in that way it wasn't anything that dragged us down.
On the other hand, parts of the staff - my impression was that they were hosts - were really rude. A grieving family arrives at the scene to be flogged by staff for having mud on their shoes. We are talking about a place located in a park - and which could benefit from having a shoe cleaner outside to clean the shoes. It's understandable that you don't want mud on carpets and floors - but the whole angry, aggressive and demonstrative way it was done was so extremely inappropriate. It repeated several times upon arrival. One was decidedly overfused in the grossest way.
When they thought there was too much noise, the doors to the reception were closed hard. It just could have been handled so much differently and better by a more skilled staff.
Those who filled up and took off were young, sweet and nice.
I think you should invest in training in service of the receiving host staff.
I myself, after that experience, would not hold an important event at the castle, despite the fact that it is absolutely adorable and amazing.
The place gets a full plate of stars. The staff 1…. And it goes exclusively to those who filled up and cleaned up.

Very good location
