Looking forward to the next time

As always nice to have a few days at Trinity. We had a stay of 4 days and that was taken into account in the menus for the days, so we did not get the same two days.
Everyone is friendly and smiling, we feel "at home" and recognized, it's nice. Have already booked 2 more stays.
However, there was a little grass, round corners, on the night table and under the water boiler, as well as on the wall behind the coffee table, which we have not experienced before...
Looking forward to next time.

Disappointed!

We arrived on Sunday nice reception of cute receptionist she was very friendly and welcoming. Would like to use their security box in the room but it was kaput. After a lovely day in Fredericia with torch train etc. we came to our room and got slept perfectly in the beds. Monday morning we were looking forward to breakfast but then we were pretty much surprised The bread in the basket was so dry that it was uneatable The cinnamon nails were hard as concrete and uneatable. We notified them the problem and thought so it would probably be fixed up for Tuesday's breakfast But if it was the same problem and the kitchen staff said it was the last bread they had .Monday Evening when we came home at midnight key card did not work to all luck came a nice young man and closed us in . At the room key cards did not work either but the young man helped us back in. On Tuesday, key cards still did not seem practical. But okay, apart from all the bad hotel experiences, we had some nice days for the 5th and 6th of July in Fredericia. Mvh Marianna and Jens-Jørgen Andersen

Lovely rooms.
Great food.
Nice and fresh staff.
However, we could have used garden furniture outside, near our rooms, where we could enjoy a cup of coffee

Nice location

Large conference centre and hotel near a large lake and parkland. Relaxing but with Ikea feeling rooms. Shower okay but bathrooms are looking tired. Single beds that can be pushed together but not ideal. TV large and can move angle but not much u can get. Bar, restaurant and outside patio really good. Popular and busy, restaurant menu was poor and service a bit slow. Breakfast was good and overall staff very friendly

Avoid at all costs

Awful service. They took every opportunity to provide less service rather than more. The pillow was so small and soft that even a child would struggle to sleep on it. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, yet they kept spamming me with emails.
The room was not cleaned at all—no toilet paper was replenished even after it had run out. Although staff entered the room, they only placed a towel on the toilet without doing any cleaning whatsoever.
Breakfast had very limited options. Unbelievable.
