We lived our stsy at The Square. The bed was comfortable. The room had black out curtains & air conditioning. There were extra amenities like toothbrush, face clothes, etc in case you forgot something and their brunch was amazing! Plus, it was an easy 1 block walk to the Metro, coffee shops, Tivoli, shopping, etc. We highly recommend The Square.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Top floor junior suite with lounge access had a spectacular balcony overlooking the main square. Incredible view over all the action of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast, good lounge amenity.

Great location, but the hotel allows guests to smoke at the entrance / exit of the hotel. Everytime you enter / exit the hotel, you get a face full of smoke. Hotel needs to address this with a different designated smoking area. My only negative.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right near Tivoli and great shopping options. We were thrilled to be allowed an early check-in on our arrival day, which was a fantastic bonus. The staff were exceptionally service-minded throughout our stay, and they even surprised our child with a lovely gift—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was absolutely fantastic and super comfortable, and it was very quiet and peaceful at night with great blackout curtains that blocked out all the light. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a delicious selection. There was honestly nothing to complain about. The only thing that would have made it a full 5/5 is if the hotel also had a swimming pool. Otherwise, an incredible stay—we would love to come back!

Hotel location is good. Close to radhusplasen metro and Tivoli gardens. It feels like the hotel is deliberately set up to have minimal staff engagement. The key on your phone for the room and a separate one for the lift was a hassle. Too many clicks to open a door or get the lift moving. It was much better with a plastic key card.
