Perfect location for a city trip.

The location is super central. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would book this hotel again at any time.

Unpretentious hotel

We stayed at this hotel during a tour in Scandinavia, we stayed one night, the hotel is quite central, not very big like the rooms which are at the limit of space, for one night it is fine, for more nights I would say no, the breakfast is quite varied. For a stopover it is fine.

Dirty room. Decided annoying experience

Disappointing and definitely disgusting experience. There were remains of clickmix on the floor, dust and dirt from several months, clear spots on the bed and on the curtain. We asked for a new room, but it could not be done. And then of a hotel in this price class.. It's just not good enough. Pictures speak for themselves.

Det er selvfølgelig ikke den oplevelse, man skal have hos os, og vi beklager meget den stand, værelset var i ved jeres ankomst. Det, du beskriver med rester på gulvet, støv og pletter på seng og gardin, lever bestemt ikke op til den standard, vi ønsker at tilbyde vores gæster.
Vi beklager også, at vi ikke havde mulighed for at tilbyde jer et andet værelse, da I henvendte jer i receptionen. Vi kan godt forstå, at det har gjort oplevelsen endnu mere frustrerende.
Din feedback og billederne bliver taget videre internt, så vi kan følge op på, hvad der er sket.

Cozy but dirty room

Me and my girlfriend have had a great stay at Scandic. Really good breakfast, great places to have fun, take a game, a drink or just a talk at the hotel. However to the slightly boring, the pictures on the phone sneaked us a little compared to what we got. We were very disappointed about the room we got, it was much smaller than we had seen, we could almost not walk around the bed. There were dirty walls and the toilet blamed a bit up. It wasn't cleaned so thoroughly. We complained and got a new room, fortunately that was bigger but still very dirty. We are a little disappointed about the rooms themselves, but we could well be there. If you value quality, you should not choose this hotel. But good food and good service and a cosy and child friendly hotel.

Det er bestemt ikke den standard, vi ønsker at levere, og vi beklager både rengøringen og, at det første værelse ikke levede op til jeres forventninger.
Vi er glade for, at vi havde mulighed for at tilbyde jer et andet værelse, men det er naturligvis ikke tilfredsstillende, at også dette ikke levede op til den standard, I med rette kunne forvente. Jeres feedback bliver delt med de relevante afdelinger, så vi kan følge op og forbedre os.
Vi håber, at I vil give os muligheden for at byde jer velkommen igen og give jer en langt bedre oplevelse.

The location & property were great! The staff friendly & helpful. The morning breakfast SO fabulous with a lot of options, especially for a plant-based eater. The same cannot be said for the restaurant, which was disappointing.
