This is a charming old hotel in the heart of Old Town. It is an excellent location right next to the Charles Bridge. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Veronica. The breakfast buffet was beyond delicious with a wonderful selection of local cuisine.

Great location by Charles Bridge. Very interesting (with exposed timber roof members) and comfortable top floor room. Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel great staff.

The staff is so helpful my sister needed to change a room due to a handicap, they even offered to help with her belongings.

The manager Mr. Johannes was very professional, nice and helpful. Veronica & Peter equally polite and helpful. They all made our stay comfortable.
Will definitely stay on The Charles Hotel when in Prague. Will recommend to friends to stay in the hotel on their future travels to Prague.

Terrible room. Most of the space was unusable—under an attic, or assigned to the bathroom. Cramped, dated, grim. Check in was almost comically bad—zero greeting, officious, weird. Good location but not worth the trade off.
