Great location 10 mins from old town and surrounded by shops and restaurants. 2 of the guys at the reception (the older ones) were good. The young one had a sour face on all the time, never once smiled or said hello, totally lacks customer service. Hotel does not have air con so I think it will not be a good choice for summer

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Clean spacious room with high ceilings and a lovely bathroom. It was well equipped with a fridge and a kettle,
Nice breakfast in the morning.
We will stay here again.

the location great , unfortunately no air conditioning in the summer is difficult to feel asleep, fane not powerful .

Hotel recommended always except in summer

Comfortable and clean room, bathroom (with shower) quite large. Television active, safe available, and the possibility of having tea in the room with the kettle on the desk. Decent breakfast, both sweet and savory. Strategic location of the hotel due to its proximity to the metro and the tram stop right in front (in Prague, the tram is used more than the metro). Kind staff, receptionist who communicates only in English. The only big downside is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms (it is active only in the reception and in the breakfast room) and in the room even in Prague in August you die from the unbearable mugginess at night... what a sweat! I recommend the hotel in the shoulder seasons.

We are sorry that the high summer temperatures made the nights less comfortable. Our hotel does not offer air conditioning in the rooms, nor is air conditioning advertised as part of our room facilities. We understand, however, that during particularly hot days in Prague this can be uncomfortable.

Very clean and well
Maintained hotel. <5min to the Hbf station and around 20-30min walk into central Vienna. 2 supermarkets within 5min walk.
